In addition to Sutherland, Patric, Haim and Feldman, the film also starred Jami Gertz, Edward Herrmann, Barnard Hughes, Dianne Wiest, Jamison Newlander and Alex Winter.

The film The Lost Boys had added a youthful energy into the vampire genre. Lost Boys: The Tribe (2008) and Lost Boys: The Thirst (2010) are the two sequels of the film. As per a CBR report, it is revealed that Warner Bros. had been planning a big-screen re-imagining of The Lost Boys.

The combo pack will include a variety of previously-released bonus features, including commentary by the late Schumacher.
