The second day of India Game Developer Conference (IGDC) witnessed the much-awaited IGDC Awards 2023.
The 15th edition of IGDC took place at HICC Hyderabad from 2 to 4 November 2023. Organised “By the Industry, For the Industry,” the three-day conference is led by industry volunteers, aided by corporates and industry leaders.
Celebrations followed on Day 2 as the IGDC Awards 2023 was announced. The awards honoured game developers and studios across 10 categories. (See full list below).
Building up momentum was the BYOG initiative (Build Your Own Game) – one of the categories in the awards – which saw a record number of 700 plus participants. They collectively made 170 plus game submissions for the judges to evaluate.
