‘Hello Neighbor’ animated series pilot garnered more than 10 million views on YouTube

The hit horror game Hello Neighbor have leaped forward with a new animated series on YouTube. Animated by Animasia Studio (Supa Strikas, Chuck Chicken), the new six minute animation, designed to pique the interests of TV and streaming services, has amassed nearly 10 million views on YouTube in less than a week.

Hello Neighbor is a successful horror game which tasks the player with uncovering the secrets in their mysterious neighbor’s house, without getting caught.

An indie game publisher and developer, tinyBuild, based in Seattle, Washington, is the mastermind behind this successful game franchise. The game too has a very strong digital streaming presence with over five billion views on YouTube. Before creating the animated pilot, the brand had already published four storybooks, written by Carly Anne West, which have sold over three million copies worldwide.

Planned as a 10 x 20′ mini-series, the project is currently looking for potential broadcast and streaming partners. The team at Animasia Studio’s facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia executed everything from animation designs, storyboard, 2D animation, to final post productions.
