College Rivals season four, India’s premier collegiate gaming and youth culture movement, has announced EA Sports as its official game partner for the upcoming season. The partnership will bring EA Sports FC Mobile to college campuses across India, connecting football, gaming and youth culture through a range of competitive and community-led experiences.
With an estimated 300 million football fans, India is among the world’s largest football audiences. The collaboration aims to bring EA Sports FC Mobile closer to the country’s next generation of gamers by making the title a core part of the College Rivals experience.
As part of the partnership, students across 80+ colleges in 35+ cities will engage with EA Sports FC Mobile through on-campus activations, competitive esports formats, creator-led experiences and community initiatives. The programme will also leverage College Rivals’ nationwide student ambassador network to deepen engagement within campus communities.
College Rivals continues to expand its footprint across gaming, spanning mobile, PC and console experiences, while bringing together gaming, pop culture, music and dance for India’s Gen Z audience. The partnership with EA Sports further strengthens this approach by introducing one of the world’s leading football gaming franchises to the College Rivals ecosystem and creating new opportunities for students to connect, play and compete.
The collaboration will also explore campaigns around key gaming and entertainment moments during the season, including opportunities linked to the highly anticipated launch of EA Sports FC 27. These initiatives are expected to further connect football gaming with youth culture and campus communities.
Season four marks College Rivals’ most ambitious edition yet, featuring a season-long calendar of campus activations, online competitions and community-led experiences across 100+ colleges in 40+ cities. Built for India’s Gen Z audience, the platform brings together gaming, pop culture, music and dance through immersive experiences. GamingCon Bharat will be among the marquee on-ground moments during the season, alongside digital initiatives and campus engagements across the country.
