Eligibility
- The teaser/trailer videos of the game should have been running/live for public viewing, between the period of 1 March 2020 to 31 August 2022.
- No language barrier but the content and the Gaming studios, platforms, esports organisations, teams, players, streamers, fantasy sports operators, game of skill card game operators should be from India.
- Games for physically challenged people are also permissible.
- The applicant must submit the original work created by them or on behalf of a client for whom the work was created/executed for.
- In both the cases mentioned above, an authorisation letter from a senior executive within the company and with the company seal from the client is mandatory.
- The same work can be submitted in multiple categories that is deemed fit. There is no limit on the number of the submission of entries in any category by one applicant. However, the same entry cannot be submitted by multiple parties. An entry can be submitted by either the agency or the client.
- Every forms for entries are different so select the right tab from the scroll down list to fill your entries.
- For Gaming streamers and gaming content creators, make sure your profile is publicly accessible and your videos and podcast can be accessed by the jury and the governing body.
- The best esports tournament award will be judged on the basis of social media campaigns, tournament/event promotional campaigns, stage design, broadcast assets, sound production, shoutcasters, prize pool, engagement, viewership and every element of the esport tournament will be judged.
- All the content in the form must be duly filled-in and attached with supporting data and Authorization letter/Letter of declaration (if work done for the client). Only entries that are complete and meet the necessary requirements will be accepted.
- To be eligible to participate in the Indie Game of the Year category, documents of ownership of the IPs belonging to a self-funded Indian entity with less than 20 members is mandatory.
- To be eligible to participate in the Student Game of the Year category, proof of enrolment in an educational institution for the current or last academic year is mandatory.
- AnimationXpress India Pvt. Ltd. considers that the applicant has read all the rules and regulations carefully and thereby accepts it. AnimationXpress India Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible/liable in case of any plagiarism, falsification or intellectual property infringement in any manner whatsoever. If the applicant is found ill eligible/contravenes the criteria mentioned herein then their entry will be disqualified.
