Galaxy Racer esports’ partners with Techxhub as official sponsor for ‘PUBG Mobile’ roster

Dubai-based esports organisation Galaxy Racer has entered a partnership with regional gaming peripherals company Techxhub for its PUBG Mobile players.

PUBG Mobile players and content creators will have access to game room set-ups powered by Techxhub including SteelSeries gaming peripherals, Legion gaming PCs, Vertagear gaming chairs, Thronmax streaming gear, and Playseat racing seats.

Earlier Galaxy Racer announced its PUBG Mobile squad comprised of five players namely Roxx, Owais, MaxKash, MJ, and Ultron.

Galaxy Racer CEO Paul Roy stated, “We value Techxhub’s pioneering business model that focuses on ecosystem driven approach and their disruptive model matches our core value in driving change and efficiency in the Esports industry with innovative products.”

Techxhub’s has notable experience of partnering with the best consumer technology brands such as gaming peripherals pioneer SteelSeries who appointed Techxhub as its regional distributor across India, Middle East and Africa. Other leading brands represented by Techxhub include Lenovo Legion, AOC Agon, Playseat, Vertagear and Thronmax.

“We are thrilled that our professional esports team will be equipped with the latest innovative products that will enhance their experience,” added  Roy.

“Our vision is to be all-embracing technology experience delivery company, empowering a customer-centric ecosystem for emerging technology brands from product discovery to lifetime usage and beyond. Currently focused on the gaming industry we are powering consumer experience for leading gaming brands while partnering with wider esports ecosystem. Our partnership with Galaxy Racer enables us to engage with gamers and fans and showcase the best of gaming gear in real-time action,” said Techxhub CEO Sanjay Holmukhe.

With the recent launch of SteelSeries in India, the move is deemed as strategic whereby Techxhub who is the regional distributor coupled with Galaxy Racer’s growing footprint in the Middle East region provides a gateway for Techxhub to tap into the MENA and GCC market with an opportunity to spill over to cross markets.

A recent report by Frost & Sullivan stated that the GCC will account for about 1.5 per cent of the global gaming market revenue by 2025 and places Saudi Arabia in the 19th position globally and UAE ranks as the 35th largest gaming market in the world in terms of revenue as of 2019.

Techxhub believes who wants to not only entertain but provide back to the gaming community with state-of-the-art gaming equipment, the opportunities are endless in terms of engaging with a new audience and build a strong rapport with gamers in the MENA and GCC region.

With the support of Galaxy Racer who currently holds 12 competitive teams and numerous content creators with over 100 million reach combined, the partnership creates huge potential for both parties.
