‘Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation’, ‘Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon’ coming this fall to Funimation

Funimation is all set to crack a anime bomb with releasing more than 20 anime titles from fan favourites Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation and Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon to eight new series such as Ranking of Kings, The Heike Story, and The Vampire Dies in No Time.

Funimation has something for every anime lovers this fall by streaming varieties of subtitled and dubbed anime series and feature from action-adventures to thriller slice-of-life comedies.

Funimation CCO Asa Suehira said, “With so many incredible established brands such as Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation and Yashahime returning, as well as exciting new favorites, we’re looking forward to a Fall season of anime like no other for Funimation . Here’s the complete list of anime coming to Funimation this fall:

The Heike Story (Simulcast began from 15 September)

A young orphan named Biwa is taken in by the powerful Taira Clan—also known as the Heike—after their leader witnesses her extraordinary psychic abilities. Unfortunately, what she predicts is a future of bloodshed, violence, and civil war. Inspired by the 12th-century epic tale Heike Monogatari.

Selection Project (Simulcast begins from 1 October)

Selection Project is a nationwide idol audition reality show held every summer. It’s the biggest gateway to success for girls who aspire to become idols. It is also the birthplace of the legendary idol, Akari Amasawa. Suzune Miyama is one of the girls who longed to stand on such a dream stage. Having been sickly since she was a child, she listened to Akari’s songs many times in her hospital room. Her songs made Suzune happy and gave her courage.In order to become an idol like Akari, Suzune decides to participate in the seventh Selection Project during the last summer of junior high school. Only a few stars are chosen from among thousands of candidates. In order to make their dreams come true, the girls’ passionate and tough battle has begun.

Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon–The Second Act (Simulcast begins from 2 October)

Long-lost twins Towa and Setsuna reunite after ten years to discover that they are the half-demon daughters of the great demon Sesshomaru.

Mushoku Tensei (Simulcast begins  from 3 October)

Jobless Reincarnation second cour – A 34-year-old underachiever gets run over by a truck, but his story isn’t over. Reincarnated as an infant, he’ll embark on an epic adventure.

Mieruko-chan (Simulcast begins from 3 October)

Miko is a typical high school student whose life turns upside down when she suddenly starts to see gruesome and hideous monsters. Despite being completely terrified, Miko carries on with her daily life, pretending not to notice the horrors that surround her. She must endure the fear in order to keep herself and her friend Hana out of danger, even if that means coming face to face with the absolute worst. Blending both comedy and horror, Mieruko-chan tells the story of a girl who tries to deal with the paranormal by acting indifferent toward it.

The Vampire Dies in No Time (Simulcast begins from 4 October)

 Legendary vampire hunter Ronaldo finds an unlikely (and unwilling) ally in Draluc, the world’s weakest vampire who turns to dust at the slightest attack. Together they’re in for more hilarious misadventures than you can shake a stake at, including enemy vampires, axe-wielding editors, and other pains in the neck.

Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside (Simulcast begins from 6 October)

The series follows protagonist Red, who is kicked out of his adventuring party. He soon finds a brighter future in a small town with a cute girl named Rit, because hey, sometimes living well is the best revenge.

Taisho Otome Fairy Tale (Simulcast begins from 8 October)

Shima Tamahiko has been exiled to the country because of his disability, but the sudden arrival of an arranged bride upends his lonely life.

Ranking of Kings (Simulcast begins from 14 October)

The story follows Bojji, a deaf prince who lacks power and sword-wielding ability. He’s also the heir to the throne and has high hopes for his future. After finding a friend in the shadow Kage, Bojji sets off on his grand adventure to become the greatest king the world has ever seen.

Rumble Garanndoll (Simulcast begins this fall)

 Conquered by alternate-world invaders, Japan has become a shadow of what it once was. Manga, anime, idols, and more are censored by these parallel universe overlords… or so it seems. In the less-than-legal stores of Akihabara, Hosomichi joins a group of female freedom fighters made up of pilots and otakus.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season two (SimulDub is ongoing)
