Hindi cinema actor Ananya Panday has given her voice to the character of Riley for the Hindi dubbed version of Pixar’s upcoming 3D animated feature Inside Out 2.
Panday said, “I have always been such a huge fan of Disney and Pixar animated films, these stories transport you to a world that is so entertaining and yet relatable at the same time. I remember being a teenager myself when I saw Inside Out a few years ago and being so mesmerised by this wonderful world of colourful emotions, never imagining in my wildest dreams that one day I would be an integral part of such a novel story! Voicing Riley made me relive so many of my childhood moments and this is definitely, the most fun I’ve had at work!”
Inside Out 2 returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.
Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 is the sequel of Inside Out which released in 2015. Inside Out 2 releases in English and Hindi on 14 June in theatres.
