The Post New York Alliance (PNYA), an association of film and television post production facilities, labour unions and individuals operating in New York recently announced that they have added three new companies to its membership roster. Cadence Effects, Running Man and Shishkin Productions are the three new members.
Located in beautiful Columbia County, New York Cadence Effects is a visual effects studio founded by visual effects supervisor Craig Crawford. Craig has been awarded six Emmy Awards- Honors for his work on Game of Thrones and American Horror Story. The studio has worked on projects like Outer Banks, Lost in Space, The Many Saints of Newark and so on.
The studio offers solutions on concept, look development, pre-visualisation, motion graphics, digital makeup, etc using Maya, Nuke and Unreal Engine.
Shishkin Productions is a boutique post-production and motion graphics studio based in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The company founded in 2010 specialises in post-production, motion graphics, animation, sound design, video editing, digital media, and branded content.
With around ten employees, they have worked on projects for the National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, Netflix and so on. Though they do all sorts of projects, their main focus is short-form digital content.
As per a report in AWN, Running Man, provided post services is located in the heart of Midtown, Running Man provides both off-line editorial suites and finishing services for film and television. The boutique-size studio has done projects for Netflix, Comedy Central, TBS, HBO, and PBS.
The company is led by colorist Troy Thompson.
