Originally hailing from Vishakapatnam, India and currently working as a Pipeline Technical Director (on contract) at Berliner Film Companie., Berlin, Germany, Vinnakota Gupta or VKG as he is popularly known has been in the CG and VFX industry for the past 10 years.
As the Head for R&D, & Incharge of Process Automation, VKG was one of the star technical experts at the erstwhile Jadooworks. He specializes in research & development and in creating technical process pipeline setups and support for 3D and Flash development environment.
VKG identifies the ability to maintain simplicity in design, development and usage as his key strength and prefers the object oriented approach to workflow solutions. “Systematic approach and standardization for creative tasks is my specialty. I have been involved in creating intutive user interfaces and information architecture for functional complexities” VKG told Animation ‘xpress.
