JetSynthesys’ Metaphy Labs, which partnered with Flipkart to create Virtual Worlds and Flipverse 2.0 for the latter, has customised digital experiences for brands to expand reach, boost recall and increase conversions on Flipkart.
Jet Metaphy Labs – AI & digital immersion hub for brands – joined forces with its creative partner Layer-E, in an alliance for innovation and design, to deliver Brand Biomes and Flipverse 2.0 – a global e-commerce activation carried out as part of Flipkart’s Big Billion Days 2023.
Jet Metaphy Labs added a dimension to the Flipverse experience with multiplayer capabilities, enabling users to interact with each other in real-time while shopping through the chat feature. Flipverse is a metaverse space created by Flipkart Labs which is Flipkart’s innovation that enhances the shopping experience of users on the platform through various immersive experiences.
Utilising Metaphy’s spatial metaverse infrastructure and Layer E’s creativity, the Flipverse 2.0 and Virtual Worlds allow the Flipkart shopper new ways to discover, interact, play, learn and shop.
In addition to the Flipverse initiative, Jet Metaphy Labs also facilitated the launch of individual brand campaigns directly within the Flipkart app. Corporate brands such as Mondelez, Thumbs Up, Poco, Vivo and others leveraged these services to enhance their visibility and engagement within the app.
