Disney’s upcoming animated adventure, Zootopia which revolves around an optimistic bunny – Judy Hopps, recently revealed the entire voice cast for the film.
The movie boasts of a stellar voice cast with names including- Idris Elba – Chief Bogo who is the head of the Zootopian Police Departmen, Octavia Spencer as Mrs. Otterson, J.K. Simmon as Mayor Leodore Lionhearted, Tommy Chong – Yax the Yak, Nate Torrence – Benjamin Clawhauser, Jenny Slate – Assistant Mayor Bellwether, Alan Tudyk – Duke Weaselton, Mammal Vehicles while Bonny Hunt and Don Lake shall voice of Judy Hopps’ mother and father, Bonnie and Stu.
It was just in August during D23 expo when the makers had made few yet huge revelations of roping in Shakira as Gazelle, Ginnifer Goodwin as Judy Hopps and Jason Bateman as Nick Wilde; and with this disclosure, they surely have raised the level of excitement amongst the audiences.
At the D23 expo itself, Disney assured fans that they shall get to see a never before plot in Zootopia. The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other where humanoid mammals of every shape and size live together. However, the city is separated into classes, where they face chauvinism based on preconceived notions about their species. But when optimistic officer Judy Hopps arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny in a police force comprising of huge and strong animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she decides to leave no stone unturned in finding a missing mammal for which she also is ready in partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde, to solve the mystery.
This interesting movie shall be co-directed by Byron Howard (Bolt and Tangled), Rich Moore (Wreck-It Ralph) and Jared Bush (Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero) while it shall be produced by Clark Spencer (Lilo & Stitch, Bolt and Wreck-It Ralph). You will get to meet Officer Judy at your nearest theatres on 4 March, 2016.
