Winsing Animation, a company that’s been creating original 3D animated content for 15 years now, will be promoting a range of properties to potential broadcast partners across the world during 2020 Online Annecy Festival and the Mifa.
Winsing will particularly showcase its established TV series GG Bond Season 16 – Undersea Wonders and its spin-off GG Bond: Dino Diary. In addition it will also present GOGOBUS and a Team STEAM! as well as two new feature films – GG Bond: Diary of Dinosaurs and The Mewtations during the festival.
The brand new feature film project is targeted to teenagers and young adults.The Mewtations (85 mins), tells a story of the world’s hottest pop band that has an unbeatable gimmick: they are never seen without their cat makeup, ever. But behind their incredible success is a shocking secret—there is no cat makeup. That’s what they look like—for real, but they have absolutely no idea why! Complete amnesia has left them clueless to their true identities and how they came to be. As they unravel the mysteries of their past, they unwittingly unleash an incredible evil, and discover that staying at the top of the charts is only the least of their problems! The film has elements of comedy, musical, sci-fi, adventure action and will release in April, 2021.
Winsing’s new TV series– a stem-based Team STEAM! (104 x 15’), features six amazing kids who use a different STEAM-based area of expertise each to solve the problems they face.
Team STEAM! was part of the final shortlist of five selected to present at the 2019 MIPJunior Project Pitch. An appearance on the platform, which highlights new kids’ TV projects with the greatest potential for commissioning and multi-platform extension, was a major boost for this exciting new series.
GOGOBUS (156 x 13’) is an edutainment TV series for aged two to five years olds, which integrates Social Emotional Learning(SEL) to help children solve their troubles.
GG Bond, on the other hand, is a thrilling and funny series aimed at children aged four to eight years old, featuring the hero, a super-powered piglet, fights many threats to his world with the aid of his friends.
GG Bond has already inspired 15 hit series viewed by millions of children, as well as two spin-offs and five feature films. This series happens under water as a brand new scene and goes back to the theme of “Heroism”. In addition, the spin-off Dino Diary drives the story under the operation of rescuing the missing dinosaurs. The new series has enriched its content, such as the new plot with game interaction and upgraded scientific knowledge. It will be launched this June.
During this virtual event, Winsing is looking for more international cooperation in project co-production, program distribution, brand cooperation, merchandising and licensing, for its new projects and programmes.
