The platform videogame Rayman turned 20 today and Ubisoft on the occasion announced Rayman Adventure, a free-to-play game which will be out on Android and iOS next month.
The game that was released during the first PlayStation era has in its lifetime received 8 more games till date. With Rayman Adventure now, Ubisoft is celebrating the 2oth anniversary of the character.
The game will be a spinoff from Rayman Legends, the last game in the series which was released in 2013. It will feature a number of characters and enemies and will have plenty of exploration and combat similar to Legends.
The game being free-to-play, the gameplay is limited to a number of timers that players will have to plow through if they want to keep on playing. These timers are mostly related to the creatures one must collect to keep the game going. Since the creatures are in eggs players can either be patient or pay in-game currency to rush the egg hatching and continue plowing through the levels.
