Technicolor gives additional charge to Michel Rahier, Stephane Rougeot & Tim Sarnoff as deputy CEO

Technicolor has elevated three people to the position of directeur general adjoint (deputy CEO) in line with its newly formed strategic plan Drive 2020 in order to deliver its vision of the group as a leader in the Media and Entertainment services, developing and monetising next-generation video and audio technologies.

Michel Rahier has been appointed as directeur general adjoint (deputy CEO) continuing his responsibility for Connected Home which he was handed in October 2011 as well as and leading the continuous operational transformation of the company. Stephane Rougeot has been appointed directeur general adjoint (deputy CEO) continuing in his finance responsibilities and managing the Technology Division headed by Boris Teksler.

Tim Sarnoff has been appointed as directeur general adjoint (deputy CEO) continuing to manage production services and taking responsibility for entertainment customers relationships.

In a statement, Technicolor CEO Frederic Rose stated, “As we launch Drive 2020, Technicolor is very fortunate to have such a strong senior management team to drive the execution of this new strategic plan. These appointments will, in particular, allow me to focus on developing non organic growth opportunities and other key strategic initiatives in the context of Drive 2020.”

As part of Drive 2020, the company will continue to focus on improving its free cash flow generation and promoting operational excellence across its activities. Technicolor will dynamically adapt its portfolio of activities to focus on market leading, profitable and strategically competitive assets, with the objective to reinforce its operational and technology positions and expand its addressable markets and capabilities.
