Just over a month from now, Aquaman is set to whip up a new tide of hysteria and fervor with its standalone film, while the extended trailer cut released last month made waves all across.
Now, in another attempt at marketing of the next big-budget Warner Bros production, several new and fascinating character posters from the movie have been released. Besides the titular hero, Princess Mera, King Orm, Black Manta as well as King Nereus all get a good close-up look at their characters.
The movie wrapped up it’s post-production schedule following the re-shoots last month as director James Wan announced the same through the social media.
Aquaman is set to continue Arthur Curry’s story from his events in Justice League, as he returns to the hallowed, subaquatic world of Atlantis to assume the throne of the seven kingdoms, though standing in his way are his half-brother King Orm, as well as the great rival from the comics, Black Manta.
A Warner Bros. Pictures production, Aquaman hits theatres on 21 December 2018.
