‘Open Season: Scared Silly’ all set for home release in March

This fourth Open Season outing, a comedic mystery-adventure directed by David Feiss reunites Elliot, Boog and the rest of the woodland crew. It and has been produced by John Bush while the animation is provided by Rainmaker Entertainment.

The movie will arrive on Blu-ray combo pack, DVD and Digital HD on 8 March, 2016 the latest humorous outing of the talkative, outgoing deer Elliot (voiced by Will Townsend) and his laid-back best grizzly friend Boog (Donny Lucas) from the original 2006 film that starred Martin Lawrence and Ashton Kutcher.

The fourth instalment of the series finds the twosome together again in Timberline National Forest for a story where Elliot decides to once and for all scare the fear out of Boog. They round up their pal Mr. Weenie, a dachshund with a sweater and a thick German accent, and go on a quest that involves a werewolf and the return of antagonistic former hunter Shaw, who’s declared open season in the woods yet again.

It shall also include a recap of the three previous movies, featurettes, bloopers, a spotlight on Mr. Weenie and a director’s commentary by Feiss.
