Nintendo recently announced the release of a new Nintendo Switch Lite color that’s launching on 21 May 2021.
On the same date, the Miitopia game releases will embrace a blue variant of the Nintendo Switch Lite which is of the same price as others. This new colour will mark the fifth colour option since the first release.
Nintendo’s site for its consoles has already been updated to reflect the new offering, but you can’t buy it until it goes on sale on 21 May in the U.S. It’ll be priced at $199.99 just like the rest of the Nintendo Switch Lite consoles.
When the Nintendo Switch Lite first launched, it was available in three colors: Gray, yellow, and turquoise. The coral color was launched at a later date. There’s plenty of Nintendo Switch games slated to arrive later in 2021, including Mario Golf: Super Rush and an HD port of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
The new edition will launch alongside the Switch port of Miitopia, which adapts the 3DS RPG for the new system.
