Media & Entertainment Creative Aptitude Test (MECAT), an initiative of Media & Entertainment Skill Council (MESC) is one of its kind assessment tool, which is designed to evaluate the creative aptitude and potential of individuals interested in pursuing careers within the media and entertainment industry. It serves as a standardised platform for assessing candidates’ suitability for various sub-sectors and programs within the industry. MECAT not only provides an individual with an opportunity of making a successful career in media and entertainment industry but also empowers them to explore the endless possibilities of digital media, from animation and visual effects to gaming and digital storytelling.

There are 12 subsectors of media and entertainment industry around which MECAT revolves:

- Celebrity school content: Appearing in MECAT equips an individual with an opportunity of learning directly from the celebrities through our various Celebrity Courses. This empowers them with the knowledge as well as the experiences of stars helping them understanding the matrix more thoroughly.
- Vidyadaan webinars: Vidyadaan is also one of the initiative of MESC through which free education and training is being provided in forms of webinars/workshops. Appearing in MECAT makes an individual eligible for free Vidyadaan webinars/workshops which further elevate their skills.
- Career ounseling: Due to so many choices and lack of self-awareness, most of the young minds are confused today about the perfect career option for them so to cater that candidates are offered with a free career counseling session which not only clear the thick fog of confusion but also illuminates the future path.
