In the 11th celebratory year of 24FPS International Animation Awards, MAAC sustained its association with UNIC to bring to the fore, some of the world’s biggest priorities like save water, AIDS awareness, girl education etc through creative minds and a platform that the world could witness.
For the First time MAAC introduced an exclusive award category ‘UNIC- 24FPS International Animation Award 2014’ wherein MAAC students got an opportunity to work on ten important issues and displayed their talent on the 24FPS stage to a global audience. 
MAAC Vashi movie Poin (A film on girl education) was declared as a silver winner of UNIC 24 FPS International Award 2014; which was concluded on 28th November at the Lalit Hotel, Mumbai.
The award was presented by none other than esteemed Guest of Honour Director, UN Information Centre for India and Bhutan.
Hemant Jangid student of MAAC Vashi won the best ‘Architectural Design Visualization’ award that was presented to him by the Aptech Ltd, CEO and MD Mr. Ninad Karpe.
In ‘MAAC got talent’Vinita Rajani was honoured with 2nd runner-up trophy for her spectacular dance performance by one of India’s best director’s, Mr Anurag Basu.
