Mumbai got its game face on as Logitech G, the dedicated gaming division and sub-brand of Swiss peripherals company Logitech, brought its global flagship gaming experience, Logitech G Play to India for the first time, turning R City Mall, Ghatkopar, into a buzzing playground for gamers, creators and esports fans.
Held on 6 October, the India debut brought together more than 27 gaming creators, professional esports players and racing personalities, putting Logitech G’s Play for the breakthrough theme firmly in play.
The event turned gaming into a full-contact community experience, taking fans beyond the screen with creator interactions, live gaming challenges, competitive showdowns, racing experiences, cosplay, giveaways and exclusive merchandise.
Gaming personalities including Rohan “Hydraflick” Ledwani, Jay “ Sikhwarrior” Khatri, Ankit “V3nom” Panth and The Indian Budget Gamer, an Indian gaming and tech community brand, YouTube channel, and Facebook group managed by Abdul Rashid that focuses on budget PC hardware, gaming setups, and tech deals, joined professional esports players Neha “casper” Sottany, Saloni “meow 16K” Pawar and Tejas “rite2ace” Sawant, alongside racing creators and other members of India’s gaming community.
Competition was at the heart of the action, with the two-versus-two Valorant Creator Showdown, a special gaming exhibition match or tournament where popular online content creators, streamers, and influencers face off against each other or professional esports teams in Riot Games’ tactical shooter, Valorant, in Skirmish Mode pitting, a fast-paced, match-focused combat format that pits opposing sides directly against each other, creators and competitive players against each other.
The event gave fans a chance to meet the creators they follow, compete alongside them and experience gaming beyond the screen. Creator interactions and giveaways added another layer of community-driven fun to the day.
The India debut also reflected Logitech G Play 2026’s global focus on the perseverance behind every breakthrough, celebrating the dedication, resilience and passion that fuel every play, stream and competitive moment.
With its first India edition, Logitech G Play has brought its global gaming celebration to one of the world’s most vibrant gaming communities and Mumbai was more than ready to press play.
