Square Enix announced in 2015 that Big Hero 6 would be playable world in Kingdom Hearts 3, and the company has shared a new trailer for the upcoming game.
The trailer showcases a level based on the Disney animated movie Big Hero 6. The game will be out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 29 January. Kingdom Hearts 2 released in 2005 and shipped over four million copies.
The fans will get to see characters from the movie, including Baymax and Hiro, joining Sora, Donald, and Goofy in their battle against robed forces of darkness.
The movie, Big Hero 6 was a hit when it released to theatres in 2016. It grossed over $657 million worldwide. Along with Big Hero 6, Kingdom Hearts 3 has worlds based on Frozen, Tangled, Toy Story, Monsters Inc., and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Square Enix also announced that a Kingdom Hearts experience is being developed for PlayStation VR and will be available free this holiday season.
