For the unversed, Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the upcoming series under Shonen Jump, and its supernatural angle has had fans buzzing about in the recent times. This year, the series will be get a big fillip, courtesy of a certain anime adaptation, and fans just got another glimpse at the series ahead of its debut trailer.
On Youtube, a short teaser was dropped for Jujutsu Kaisen. The clip spans for less than a minute.
Unfortunately, no animation was included in this trailer. The color palate that has a lot of red and black shades jives well with the series’ demonic iconography which comes as no surprise. After all, Jujutsu Kaisen has lots to do with the occult and monsters.
Jujutsu Kaisen was created by mangaka Gege Akutami and released in 2018. Viz Media has brought thee series into English, and its official description reads as such: “Yuuji is a genius at track and field. But he has zero interest running around in circles, he’s happy as a clam in the Occult Research Club. Although he’s only in the club for kicks, things get serious when a real spirit shows up at school! Life’s about to get really strange in Sugisawa Town #3 High School!”
