Here are the winners of the third edition of VAM (VFX & More) Awards

The first day of AnimationXpress’ VFX Summit & Awards 2023 ended with the awards night.

From being known as an outsourcing and post-production hub to producing high-quality domestic projects, the Indian visual effects industry has come a long way. Be it a feature film, show, commercial or a music video, VFX is being used everywhere. VAM (VFX & More) Awards intends to appreciate, honour and celebrate the industry experts and set the bar for the Indian VFX industry.

The VAM awards are entry-driven. Meaning, the categories are judged on the basis of the entries received for the same. For instance, there can be better work done in a specific category but if a studio or an individual did not send in their names, it will not be considered.

The jury members for the awards were Indiantelevision Dot Com Group founder, CEO & editor-in-chief Anil Wanvari, creative director and VFX supervisor Rupal Rawal, Whistling Woods International VP & business head, CTO & head of emerging media Chaitanya Chinchlikar, Encore VFX creative director/senior VFX supervisor Armen Kevorkian, Image Engine BG prep head Carlos Conceição, senior VFX producer Asmita Bharati, The Unicorn Pictures CEO Shiji Sunil, Pixel Magic VFX supervisor Raymond McIntyre Jr., production technology veteran VK Gupta and AVGC Forum – FICCI chairman & Punnaryug Artvision founder Ashish Kulkarni.
