Saban Bands, that constantly aims to create innovative design, has created another original kids series for Netflix. Glitter Force, the series that follows the plot of pre teens emerging out as superheroes, will debut on the streaming service worldwide (excluding Asia) on 18 December 2015.
An adaptation of Japanese anime Smile PreCure! which thoroughly entertained audience across the globe; this new series will launch with a 20-episode first season.
Glitter Force follows five preteen girls who learn they are destined to be a legendary superhero squad. As the Glitter Force, the fabulous friends transform from ordinary school girls into super-powered cool girls to defend Earth from evil fairytale villains. The team always manages to win the day with the power of friendship.
The series connects to the sentiments of the youngsters by portraying the essence of friendship in a creative manner. The fictional aspect of the series where the transformation occurs will entertain the viewers as the anime style is maintained. Moreover, to get the feel of the young generation alive, a five-girl pop group ‘Blush’ will perform the opening theme song and other songs for the series.
