With the increased quantum of work in the VFX and digital projects, the demand for education and skill development in that sphere has increased exponentially.
Recently FX School, in a bid to encourage students to excel in this industry, announced full scholarships in Filmmaking, Photography, VFX, Game Design and Development, Graphic Design and Digital Art and CG Animation.
FX School is a digital media institute that provides education and training where students receive hands-on training in the latest production techniques by faculty that comprised of leading professions from the industry. This year alone FX school has allocated six free scholarships to aspirants. Students at FX school have worked on as many as eight feature films at every stage of the production pipeline from cinematography to visual effects with projects like Queen, The Attacks of 26/11, 3D film Bhoot 2 etcetera.
Deserving students can earn a 100 per cent Scholarship as well as 75 per cent and 50 per cent scholarships towards FX School’s award-winning courses that they offer.
FX School academic director CB Arun Kumar said, “Our focus has always been on the student. The Scholarship Test is a big opportunity for deserving and needy students to get a high-quality education and training that will give them viable career options.
Students from this institute have been successfully placed in companies such as Rhythm&Hues, Prana Studios, Prime Focus and Technicolor India.
