No need to “Let It Go” as Disney has already started working on a Frozen sequel according to the singer and actress, Idina Menzel who voiced Elsa.
While such a move is far from unexpected, given the huge success Frozen has had in the year since it was first released, Disney has yet to confirm or deny any specifics about a movie sequel.
A stage musical version of the movie is also in the works, and while Menzel says she’s on board for the sequel film, she is at this time not involved in the stage version.
“Not the stage show, I don’t know what will happen with that, but the movie hopefully. We’ll see. I’m just going along for the ride,” she added.
Frozen is the highest grossing animation movie ($1.274 billion) till date and has been directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee.
It’s a story about Princess Elsa who has the power to turn things into ice, and later she curses her home in infinite winter, whereas her sister, Anna teams up with a mountain man, his playful reindeer and a snowman to change the weather condition and bring her sister back home.
