Creative minds get a new home with YouTube Space Mumbai

Google today opened a YouTube Space in Mumbai, a free studio facility for YouTube creators for making videos. This is the eight studio which Google have opened globally.

YouTube have partnered with Whistling Woods International (WWI) and have opened a 1,400 square foot space with the WWI facility in Goregaon East. The deal with the school was first announced in August and even has two machines built which support 4K video standard and help the new creators understand the platform better.

According to a previous blogpost by Google about the YouTube Space Mumbai, it will be a place where creators can collaborate, innovate and experiment with new content for audiences around the world to watch and love.

Connect: Attend events, meet fellow creators, spark new ideas and share experiences on how to succeed on YouTube.

Create: This is a space for creators to bring stories to life. They’ll have access, for free, to studios and all the latest audio, visual and editing equipment that will enable them to experiment and create great videos that fans will love.

Google opened its premiere YouTube Space in London in 2012 and followed up with in Los Angeles, Tokyo, New York, Săo Paulo, Berlin, and Paris.
