Comic quotient alive in ‘Civil War’ as Ant Man and Spider-Man deliver dialogues in the new TV spots

The countdown for Captain America: Civil War has begun and with 10 days remaining, Marvel is doing its best to keep the fans adrenaline pumping. Recently Marvel released three TV spots: one featured Ant Man and the other two Spider-Man.

In the first spot we can clearly see Ant Man’s new and improved costume that received critical praise and along with that some nice shots of the teams can also be seen. In the clip, an exchange of words can be observed between Ant Man (Paul Rudd) and Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff). “I really don’t wanna hurt you,” Ant Man says to which Black Widow retaliates, “I wouldn’t stress about it.”

The rest two spots seems more interesting as we get yet another glimpse of the web slinger Spider-Man. Since the debut of Spider-Man in the Civil War trailer, fans have been demanding for more and finally Marvel decided to give some more candy to the fans. The TV spot begins where the last trailer left off with Spidey’s entry as he can be seen saying to Captain America, “Big fan.” This does quip our interests as Spider-Man is Captain America’s fan but chose to be on the other team. It would be interesting to witness what finally makes him choose Captain America over Iron Man (as per comics).

Whereas the second clip showcases the young Spider-Man in an action sequence with Bucky aka The Winter Soldier. “You have a metal arm?” Spider-Man (Tom Holland) asks The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) after catching his bionic punch. “That is awesome, dude!”

These clips assure that Spider-Man will be having a lighter role and will add some funny punches in the movie. The battle between Team Cap and Team Iron Man unleashes on 6 May, 2016. Who’s side are you one?
