Overwatch will have 6v6 matches based on the maps which will replicate the real world but much more in the futuristic styled environments. You can change the character mid game and are not stuck with a single character all throughout the game unlike MOBA.

Overwatch characters are divided into categories which are divided in to Offense, Defense, Tank and Support. Offense characters like Pharah, Reaper and Hanzo are designed to go front and annoy enemy team members. Defense characters choke patrol points and defend the objective points.

Support heroes act as healers and buffs to keep the characters going on in the war. Tank heroes lead the charge and create havoc in the war.

Blizzard has announced beta for the game in 2015 and the cinematic trailer is now available to watch on YouTube.
