Assemblage Entertainment, a fast growing 3D animation studio, continues to strengthen its leadership team across as they hired a set of reputed professionals led by animation veteran Vivek Ram as CG Supervisor. In addition, the company also appointed Saswat Sahoo as Technical Director & Pipeline Supervisor and Rakesh Patil as Studio Producer.
Vivek Ram joins as CG Supervisor at Assemblage. He has 15 years of experience as a senior industry veteran and VFX Supervisor with extensive experience across the CG animation process. Vivek was engaged in projects such as Madagascar, Madagascar 3, Penguins of Madagascar, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Incredible Hulk, etc. and has worked with several studios such as DreamWorks Animation, Rhythm, and Hues.
Saswat Sahoo joins Assemblage as its Pipeline Supervisor. He holds more than a decade’s experience as Senior Technical Director and CG Pipeline Architect. Also, he has been associated with various prestigious projects including Puss in Boots, Madagascar, How to Train Your Dragon, Incredible Hulk and The Golden Compass, which won his team an Academy award. Previously, he has worked at DreamWorks Animation, Rhythm & Hues, and Prime Focus.
Rakesh Patil will function as the Studio Producer. He holds a decade of experience in the animation industry as a Production Supervisor focusing on resource management and planning. Having worked with DreamWorks and Crest, he has played a significant role in animated movies such as Puss in Boots, Madagascar, Dragons, Scared Shrekless and Casper.
