CITV has picked up the second season of the animated comedy Nerds and Monsters (40 x 11’). The first season premiered on the British television channel in April 2014. The series also airs on ABC Australia, YTV and Vrak TV (Canada), Canal + (France and Africa), TVE (Spain), Gloob (Brazil), Israel (Noga), e-Junior and MBC Kids (Middle East), Disney (Poland), SIC (Portugal) and Hulu (US).
Sony Pictures Television’s Kix channel has acquired the first season of the animated comedy Numb Chucks (52 x 11’). Now in its second season, Numb Chucks has also been licensed to YTV Canada, Cartoon Network’s Boomerang (U.S.), Cartoon Network (Latin America), ABC (Australia), TG4 (Ireland), Canal+ and Family (France) and Super RTL (Germany). International Disney Channels in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, Israel and Benelux have also acquired the series.
Being a leading content creator, marketer and distributor of kids and family focused intellectual property, 9 Story Media Group is thus striving to expand its presence in the UK by licensing some of its good quality content.
