88 Pictures contributes to ‘Transformers: Earthspark’ season two

Nickelodeon Animation and Hasbro’s Entertainment One have released the second season of Transformers: Earthspark, now streaming on Paramount+ as of 7 June 2024. Indian animation studio 88 Pictures shared their excitement on LinkedIn about collaborating on this visual masterpiece.

“At 88 Pictures, we had the immense pleasure and honour of contributing our expertise to this incredible season. Our talented teams from Toronto, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad poured their passion and creativity into bringing the beloved Transformers universe to life once again,” 88 Pictures shared. “A massive shoutout to all our dedicated employees who worked tirelessly to make this season a visual masterpiece. Your hard work, dedication, and artistry are truly inspiring.”

In season two, the Emberstone has shattered, and it’s a race against the Decepticons to find all the pieces. Limitless power will be at the fingertips of whoever holds the artefact… Amidst the chaos, Robby meets someone special; Mo uncovers an ancient secret in Witwicky; and the Terrans level up. Together the Malto family and the Autobots see how far they must go to defend all that they love.

Also in this season, the Maltos, the Terrans, and the Autobots frantically search for the missing pieces of the Emberstone. They are determined to secure each shard before their enemies, the Decepticons, get a chance to harness the relic’s power.

The first nine episodes of the second season premiered on 7 June exclusively on Paramount in the US and Canada, and on 8 June in the UK, Australia, and Italy. Additional territories and episodes are to be announced at a later date.
