Witzeal, a new age gaming technological company, announced its partnership with Literacy India to support education of underprivileged children. With an aim of providing quality education to the students and help in their development and growth, the company has donated rupees seven lakh+ towards educational fees for more than 50 children. Last month the company also announced a grant of rupees 10 lakh to support education of more than 30 children in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
India is considered to be a knowledge-based economy and has been making determined efforts to boost its educational landscape. The need for an accessible learning ecosystem Education is an important pillar of the country’s development. Thus, investment in learning, and skilling the youth is imperative.
A highly skilled youth will indeed accelerate India’s economic growth and ensure productive outcomes. Talking about the association, Witzeal Technologies CEO and founder Ankur Singh said, “Education plays a pivotal role in building a strong nation and eliminating socio-economic issues at large. To further empower the children, the head of product Peush Berry and Witzeal head of innovation Naveen Goswami also conducted an on-ground interactive knowledge session and shared insights on ‘How technology is shaping the world’.

Ever since the pandemic, the importance of quality education has been recognised largely as a key driver for the overall development of students as well as the nation. However, due to these unprecedented times and the poor economic circumstances, many children in India were deprived of quality education.
With a motto to mainstream the marginalised by making them self-sufficient, Literacy India empowers underprivileged children, youth and women with access to education, life skills & livelihoods. The non-profit organisation reaches out to the underprivileged across India and provide them with access to value education and skills training to enable them to earn a decent living.
Speaking about the partnership with Witzeal Technologies, Literacy India founder and managing trustee and AirBus -320 Fleet Commander Capt. Earlier this year, the company announced a commitment of Rs 25 lakh with a mission to support children across various verticals including facilitating education, providing appropriate healthcare, empowering students through grants and scholarship programs for the current fiscal year.
