Voodoo, the mobile games publisher, surpassed more than five billion downloads across its hyper-casual mobile games portfolio.
With more than 100 games released in the eight years since it was founded, Voodoo exceeded two billion downloads in 2020 alone, before reaching five billion by the end of April 2021.
Voodoo’s top performing games from the last 12 months include:
- Cube Surfer – 114 million downloads
- Stack Colors – 100 million downloads
- Scribble Rider – 97.6 million downloads
Voodoo head of publishing Alexander Shea said, “Hitting this milestone sets a record for downloads in the hyper-casual mobile games space, cementing Voodoo’s position in the industry. Headquartered in Paris since its launch in 2013, Voodoo’s extensive stable of games now includes over 100 mobile titles, retaining more than 300 million monthly active users and five billion total downloads.
