The Finals Community Cup, an esports tournament for the titular first person shooter (FPS) game The Finals organised by Skyesports, is gearing up for its Split 2 with registrations open for all players.

The tournament wrapped up its Split 1 with team IND claiming the first place. Split 2 of the tournament will feature open-for-all qualifiers, leading to the main event.

Players can register for Split 2 as a team of five members or join The Finals India – Skyesports discord server to socialise and find teammates to compete in the event. The top teams from Split 2 of the tournament will advance to the main event. They will be joined by the two top squads from Split 1 – IND and Worst Generation – along with two teams from the LCQ (Last Chance Qualifier) to compete from 16 to 18 August for the title of champions and a winning share of the $10,000 prize pool.

Commenting on his victory, the IND team captain Kshitiz “Tempest” Mishra said, “With the Terminal Attack mode getting considerable attention from the community, the level of opponents we are facing is getting considerably tougher. I can’t wait to see the top teams from Split 2 who will join us in the main event of The Finals Community Cup later this month. I am confident in my team, and I believe we have what it takes to become the champions.”

The Finals is well-known among Indian gamers. The new Terminal Attack mode has introduced 5v5 action to the title for fast paced gameplay.

Viewers can check out the tournament on The Finals India YouTube channel, Skyesports YouTube channel, Rooter and Twitch channels as well.
