Snappy, an award winning global gifting platform, launched a fun new online game – Snappy Gift Grab: Winter Edition to spread happiness and goodwill this holiday season.
The game marks the start of Snappy’s strategic partnership with Make-A-Wish, which includes an annual donation commitment of $250,000 to help grant more life-changing wishes for children fighting critical illnesses.
From now until 23 December Snappy will be donating $1 for every player that registers a score on the Snappy Gift Grab leaderboard up to $50,000. So the more people play and share the game with friends, the more money will be donated to Make-A-Wish!
In addition to enjoying the game and supporting a worthwhile cause, players can win holiday gifts from Snappy’s gift collections including an all-inclusive trip to Mexico, Apple Airpods, JBL speakers, nutribullets, air fryers, coffee machines, and more.
Snappy co-founder and CEO Hani Goldstein said, “This year, we wanted to share the fun that exists in our gifting platform with a wider audience, and deliver a sprinkle of holiday magic with a free game that everyone can enjoy. And with our partnership with Make-A-Wish, everyone who plays the game and shares it with friends gets the added bonus of knowing that they are doing good while having fun and spreading smiles themselves!”
The partnership, which also includes the addition of donations to Make-A-Wish in Snappy’s gift collections, is part of a broader social responsibility program at Snappy that is centred around its three pillars of Charitable Giving, Sustainability and Inclusion. Over one million people have received a smile through a Snappy gift, and many of them have already chosen to pay that smile forward by donating their gift to charities including Racial Justice, COVID19 relief, Climate Action, and more. More than 14,000 trees have been planted as part of Snappy’s sustainability program and over 100 cause-driven businesses have been featured in Snappy collections to date.
“We love that Snappy stands for bringing more joy to the world through giving. We are grateful to Snappy for their partnership and are thrilled to work together in our journey to grant the wish of every eligible child battling a critical illness because wishes can help kids not just feel better, but get better,” said Make-A-Wish America president and CEO Richard K. Davis.
“At Snappy, we believe in the power of giving – not just giving great gifts, but giving back to make the world a better place. Kindness and gratitude have always been at the heart of our company, and we’re lucky to have found a partner that aligns so perfectly with our mission. We are excited to support the great work that Make-A-Wish does to spread smiles one wish at a time,” said Snappy co-founder and CEO Hani Goldstein.
