Head Digital Works (HDW), that owns and operates A23, has appointed Prabhakar Sunder as its chief financial officer.
Sunder will be working closely with the Board to strategise, build and lead the growth and global expansion of HDW brands including A23 and Cricket. His focus will be to build and lead business and functional teams across key markets, and handle HDW’s corporate functions.
Prabhakar has spent a significant amount of time in new age digital companies such as NewGlobe Education, Voonik and was the former CFO of Myntra (prior to it’s acquisition from Flipkart).
