Head Digital Works has announced the launch of its CSR wing ‘Head Foundation’. The company has been driving its efforts towards empowering and uplifting underprivileged groups in society for over four years now. Establishing Head Foundation will further expand Head Digital Work’s long-term vision and dedication to support causes including skill development of specially-abled children, primary school sanitation, education for girls, healthcare for children, aiding the physically challenged and more.
In 2022, Head Digital Works collaborated with Hrudaya Foundation to facilitate critical cardiac surgeries for 14 children. It has also empowered more than 300+ hearing impaired children by providing quality education and rehabilitation facilities by working with Ashray Akruti. Adding on, HDW also engages in activities supporting primary school infrastructure development alongside the appointment of teachers there and aids old-age homes with necessary supplies from time to time.
Speaking about the launch of the Head Foundation, Head Digital Works CEO Deepak Gullapalli said, “In line with our ethos of “more and beyond”, I am grateful to mark an important milestone in our journey with the launch of Head Foundation on the occasion of World Heart Day. We strongly believe that even a small action has a significant impact on someone’s life. With Head Foundation it is our endeavour to go beyond by exponentially amplifying our efforts to include more initiatives that help us make society more inclusive. With the launch of the Head Foundation, we want to create an organisational culture that is built on togetherness and empathy.”
Talking about his collaboration with Head Digital Works, Padma Shri awardee Gopichand Mannam said, “Head Digital Works has been creating meaningful impact in the lives of many children from financially weaker sections by facilitating critical heart surgeries. In the last five+ years of being associated with the company, me and my team have been able to perform surgeries helping over 50+ children aged less than 10 years. I congratulate the team on the newly formed Head Foundation, as they now focus on furthering their endeavour of saving many precious lives at a very young age. Providing timely medical assistance to these children in need is a very encouraging initiative. I’m hopeful that the Head Foundation’s approach to social responsibility will motivate more organisations to go above and beyond in their ethical contribution towards society.”
With Head Foundation, the company aims to further its CSR initiatives by identifying and supporting organisations creating meaningful impact. In the recent past, Head Digital Works has driven various initiatives to provide benefits to society. Be it the renovation of school buildings, donating cycles, contributing to heart surgeries, installation of RO plants in districts or helping para-athletes to achieve their dreams, the company believes in upliftment and empowerment of those in need and touching their lives through significant results.
