MetaMisfits is a firm operating in the domain of Yield Farming in the Metaverses that deals in lending and renting of NFTs, virtual asset management, educational content creation consultancy and esports event organisers. The new-age startup is all set to organise India’s first block chain based play-to-earn esports tournament in Kolkata, West Bengal, India on 25 December 2021. The event comes in collaboration with Axie Infinity (a top ethereum based play to earn game) and Community Gaming, a platform that provides esports infrastructure to up-and-coming esports organisers.

The one-of-its-kind gaming festival would be the first official Axie Infinity esports tournament and will award a prize pool of a whopping 160 AXS (Axie Infinity Shards) which amounts up to almost Rs 13 lakh to its lucky winners. 64 contestants from across the country would compete for this impressive monetary prize on the 25 December at Choudhury House, Kolkata, and West Bengal.
