Ebb Software’s horror game ‘Scorn’ preponed by a week

Horror game Scorn is set to release one week prior to its initial release date. The publisher Kepler Interactive, along with developer Ebb Software, announced the game will now release on 14 October instead of 21 October.

Puzzle-adventure Scorn will be released on PC via Steam, GoG and Epic Games Store along with Xbox Series X|S. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.

The game is inspired by the work of artist H.R. Giger and Zdzislaw Beksinski and was announced during the software showcase of Xbox Series X in May 2020.

The official synopsis of Scorn reads: Scorn is an atmospheric first-person horror adventure game set in a nightmarish universe of off forms and somber tapestry. It is designed around the idea of – being thrown into the world. Isolated and lost inside this dream-like world, you will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear fashion. The unsettling environment is a character itself.

Along with the new release date, the creators have also released a new trailer of the game.
