‘Deathloop’ is coming to Xbox Game Pass with new updates and extended ending

Deathloop, a PlayStation 5 console-only game from last year, will now be available on Xbox Series X and S, as per an announcement made by Microsoft. It will also have a number of enhancements, including a newly extended ending.

The announcement was made at the Xbox Tokyo Games Show stream, where it was revealed that Deathloop will be available on Xbox Series X/S and via Game Pass on 20 September and the pre-loading is available for the same now. Although it is the same game that was released for the PlayStation 5 the previous year, it has all the improvements made since its initial release, such as a photo mode and a range of accessibility settings.

An interesting revelation, though, is the addition of the Golden Loop update, a free update that adds a new weapon, new enemy types, new upgrades, cross-platform PvP matching, and an extended ending.

The PS5 and PC versions of Deathloop will also receive the Golden Loop update, according to Bethesda.
