Activision has revealed the content coming to Overwatch 2 for its upcoming season 11 which includes a climactic showdown between Ultrawatch and Mythic Calamity Empress Ashe along with the return of Pink Mercy. The highly anticipated season arrives on 21 June.
Developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment, Overwatch 2 is a team-based hero shooter with a diverse roster of heroes and play-styles to master. The game is a direct sequel to the immensely popular Overwatch.
Activision, which is known for creating Call of Duty, further stated it will take 50 Mythic Prisms to unlock the character Mythic Calamity Empress Ashe and even more grinding to be able to customise the playable character. The mid-season update includes new Mythic Weapon Skins which add visual flair to the gameplay and exclusive sound effects.
The Mythic Bound Demon Rheindart Weapon Skin with new deadly attacks will be coming in July. Players will be able to rule the battlefield with dripping style with the new Mythic Hero cosmetics and skins.
Things included in the Premium Battle Pass

- Additional Rewards including Souvenirs, Weapon Charms, Victory Poses, Highlight Intros and Emotes
- Everything in the Free Battle Pass including two additional Epic skins, 600 Overwatch Coins, an additional 1,500 Credits, and more.
- 20 tier skips, 2000 Overwatch Coins and other exciting rewards such as Kaiju Roadhog Kaiju Zenyatta Legendary Skins.
The company has stated that all proceeds from the Pink Mercy Skin – which will be available in the shop starting 26 June – will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Players will also be receiving various log in rewards such as the Aztec Sombra bundle after 40 matches with wins counting double towards the quest. The season also consists of 40000 XP to progress through for Season 11.
The season also brings along Runasapi Push map, which is described as a town hidden in Peruvian Andes with points of interest such as a marketplace full of fresh produce and a rich Inti warrior historical museum. The season features hero mastery quests for Kiriko and Soldier:76 in a limited event from 21 June to 10 July.

The Season 11 of Overwatch 2 will be available to play on PS4/PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC from 21 June.
