As the month of August is around the corner here are the games releases that will see the light of day in August 2020:
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a multiplayer video game developed by Mediatonic and published by Devolver Digital. It was announced at E3 in June 2019 and is due to release on 4 August 2020. It is heavily inspired by obstacle racing TV games like Takeshi’s Castle, Wipeout or Ninja Warrior, where 60 players have to overcome challenges and various obstacles without failing to grab the only crown and become the winner.

Fast & Furious Crossroads
Fast & Furious Crossroads is an upcoming hybrid racing and action-role playing video game based on the Fast & Furious film franchise. It is developed by Slightly Mad Studios, a subsidiary studio of the British video game developer Codemasters, and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game was scheduled to release in May 2020, but was delayed to 7 August 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic following the postponement of Fast & Furious 9. Fast & Furious Crossroads is set across global locations and features main characters from the Fast & Furious film franchise. The game offers a new authentic storyline and non-stop cinematic-style action, which packs with loads of gadgets and sports cars. In addition to the single-player mode, which focuses on the story, a multiplayer mode will be also available in the game.

Risk of Rain 2
The classic multiplayer roguelike, Risk of Rain2, returns in Steam Early Access with an extra dimension and more challenging action. No run will ever be the same with randomised stages, enemies, bosses, and items. EA Sports UFC 4
Developed and published by EA games is a MMA fighting game. EA has made a series of gameplay improvements for UFC 4–like dynamic striking and updated takedowns and grapples–along with changes to make progression more unified across modes. Every fight inside the Octagon begins on the feet, and a new control scheme changes how striking works. It has been simplified so that multiple button taps will now unleash quick combinations that are simpler in nature, while long button holds will result in more damaging attacks. This is meant to give players more control over what strikes they are throwing and have fighter’s full arsenal of techniques at their disposal.

PGA Tour 2K21, will give an inside look at how state-of-the-art mapping technology is being used to bring real-life courses into the game. Developed by HB studios. The Golf Club games have admirably filled the void left by the absence of EA Sport’s long-running Tiger Woods series for years now. But it was only when the PGA Tour license was secured for 2018’s The Golf Club Featuring PGA Tour–the first in the series to be published by 2K Sports–that real courses began to make their way into the experience. The latest game in the franchise has adopted the standard naming convention of 2K Sports titles and will make better use of the PGA Tour license.

Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions Captain
It is an upcoming association football sports video game developed by Tamsoft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.Players can select different characters for their team and customize them to make their own squad. Online matches can be played 1v1 or 2v2 and the game will feature division leagues where players can climb the rankings. Online teams can be customized and upgraded using play points, an in-game currency that are not available via in-game purchases. It is scheduled for release worldwide on 28 August 2020.

Wasteland 3
Wasteland 3 is an upcoming role-playing video game developed by inXile Entertainment and published by Deep Silver. It is a sequel to Wasteland 2 and it is set to be released on 28August 2020. Wasteland 3 is a squad-based role-playing video game featuring turn-based combat. Played from an isometric perspective, the game will feature synchronous and asynchronous multiplayer. In the game, players need to make various choices, which would have different impacts on the game’s world and the story. The game introduces a vehicle that the players can use to traverse the world and store supplies. The main campaign can be played cooperatively with another player.
