With over 15 years of experience in the AVGC industry, AnimationXpress is delighted to introduce the second edition of AVGC 40 Under 40. Our mission remains unwavering—to shine a spotlight on the incredible talents that have made outstanding contributions to the Indian AVGC ecosystem, all under the age of 40.

Our initiative encompasses the entire spectrum of the AVGC universe, including animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics. We celebrate not only the artists but also the technical wizards, innovators, and storytellers who breathe life into this world. Whether you are a creator, a trailblazer, or marketeer, this platform is your gateway to recognition.

Entry Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Nominees must be under the age of 40 years as of 30 September 2023.
Nominees should have made significant contributions to the Indian AVGC industry, including but not limited to animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics.

Nomination Process:

Nominations can be submitted by individuals themselves (self-nomination) or by third-party nominators.
Each nominee can be nominated in only one category, either as an individual or as part of a team/studio/company.
All nominations must be submitted through the official AVGC 40 Under 40 Awards website.

Submission Requirements:

Nominators must provide accurate and complete information about the nominee.
Nominators must clearly describe the nominee's achievements, contributions, and impact on the AVGC industry.
Supporting materials, such as work portfolios, project descriptions, and references, should be uploaded in digital format as specified in the submission form.
All materials submitted must be the nominee's original work or duly credited to the appropriate parties.

Judging Process

All nominations will be evaluated by a proficient jury panel comprising industry experts and veterans.
The judging process will be fair, impartial, and confidential.
Judges will assess nominations based on achievements, innovation, leadership, and contributions to the industry.
The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.

Announcement of Winners

The list of AVGC 40 Under 40 awards will be announced on 31st October 2023 at Hyderabad Convention Centre, India Joy 2023 and winners will be celebrated at an awards ceremony.
Awardees will receive official certificates and recognition.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting a nomination, nominators and nominees agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the AVGC 40 Under 40 Awards program.
The program organizers reserve the right to disqualify nominations that do not comply with the guidelines or contain inaccurate information.
