Winsing Animation launches ninth ‘GG Bond’ animated film

Winsing Animation has released the ninth installment in GG Bond animated film series, titled Interstellar Mission (85 minutes).

Currently showing in over 11,000 cinemas and on more than 15,000 screens across China, the film has grossed approximately five million USD and continues to draw audiences.

Differing from previous GG Bond films that centered on the protagonist’s solo adventures, Interstellar Mission features a team-based storyline with the Kung Fu Pork Choppers team from the latest GG Bond TV series, highlighting themes of cooperation and teamwork.

Additionally, the character design in Interstellar Mission has been tailored to appeal to a teenage audience, with adjustments in body proportions, attire, and equipment. The film also incorporates popular themes such as science fiction, space exploration, and concerts to attract a broader audience, including teenagers and families.

This year, Winsing Animation released its first anime film inspired by Chinese folk stories.
