Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd’s kids cluster, Nickelodeon,one of India’s leading kids’ entertainment franchise, is now expanding its reach by bringing Nick Jr. and Sonic on Tata Sky. Nick Jr., targeted at toddlers and young mothers can be viewed on channel no. 623 and Sonic, the action-adventure channel, on 619 in various language feeds.

Sonic (www.sonicgang.com), the action-adventure channel available on 619, targets the thrill seeking generation and offers shows such as Kung Fu Panda, SupaStrikas, Idaten Jump, Power Rangers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Nick Jr. (www.nickjrindia.com), ‘the smart place to play’ is available on 623 and promises to entertain and educate pre-schoolers and young parents. Each show on Nick Jr. is created with clear curriculum goals and keeping a child’s growing needs in mind and thus helping kids develop various important skills in a child – be it motor skills with ‘Dora the Explorer’, technical skills with ‘Go Diego Go or simple mathematical skills with ‘Team Umizoomi’.
