Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings star Simu Liu revealed the first poster of the much-awaited Marvel Studios adventure today.
Besides Liu appearing as the eponymous character, a few others make their live-action elements in the trailer as well. In the teaser, we are treated to a host of characters like Wenwu (Tony Leung) and Awkwafina’s Katy — both characters uncovered in suspense by the House of Ideas.
The recent images on the internet give us a glimpse of Liu as the Master of Martial Arts, as well as supporting players Awkwafina as Shang-Chi’s close friend Katy, Fala Chen as the mysterious Leiko Wu, Tony Leung as the villainous Wenwu, aka The Mandarin.
Naturally, this movie will feature a substantial amount of VFX right from fight scenes to destruction imagery. We will keep you posted on further developments.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is slated to release on 3 September 2021.
