Uyoung, A Beijing based media group has appointed independent production and distribution Company, Planet Nemo as the international distributor for the brand new animated TV series, Super Builders.
The agreement allows Planet Nemo acquiring the worldwide distribution rights to the 52 x 11 minute CGI animation which targets the 3-6 year olds.
This series has been developed by Dan Berlinka (BAFTA & Writer’s Guild Award winner) and Sean Carson has been written by Armin Prediger and Marteinn Thorisson (Niko, All Creatures Big & Small).
Super Builders revolves around a team of young construction trucks Artie, the loyal lieutenant cement mixer, Tippi the dumper truck as well as Beady the rookie bulldozer, bickering brothers Max and Trax crane and Screwy, the inventive mini-robot all sent in to transform towns and cities in need of re-generation. The 80-minute CGI animated feature which will be distributed by Uyoung, is currently in production and scheduled for release in 2016.
