Centroid to provide mo-cap facility for Pinewood studios

Centroid, one of the best in the motion capture business, has found a partner in Pinewood where the facility will be the preferred supplier of motion capture services for Pinewood’s three UK studios.

Centroid has worked on feature films such as, the upcoming James Bond flick SPECTRE, Guardians of the Galaxy, Godzilla, World War Z, 300: Rise of an Empire, Prometheus, Snow White and The Huntsman and multiple games titles as video games are increasingly using motion capture technology for in-game moves, as well as for their cinematic sequences.

Based out of Pinewood and Shepperton Studios, Centroid was established in 1996, and has over a decade of experience in Full Performance Capture. Centroid offers both full optical and head mounted camera solutions to suit the ever changing requirements of the entertainment industries.
